Returns & Exchanges

If you have any issues with your order, please contact usand we'll do our best to resolve them.

We accept returns of undamaged and unused items, for exchange or refund, for up to 30 days after shipping. Products must be returned in brand-new condition (with tags still attached, in original packaging, etc.). We do not accept returns on worn, damaged, or otherwise non-saleable products.

Please allow up to three weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed (from the time you mail your order back). You will receive notification via email once your refund or exchange has been processed. In the case of a refund, your funds should show up on your statement within 5-7 business days.

To return products for refund or exchange, please firstly email team@the-department.com. You will then be instructed to securely package up the items for return (we recommend you send via registered post, so you can track the parcel), to include proof of purchase (invoice, purchase order, etc.) and to then send the package to:
