We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded immediately.
The delivery times provided on this website are estimates only, and The Department Store makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that fall outside these estimates. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. In such cases, all reasonable attempts will be made to notify you, using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
Acceptance of Goods:
All products are checked for quality assurance before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting all goods for faults upon arrival, and notifying us within 7 working days (of receiving the goods) if any faults are found.
Warranty varies by product. Check the individual product page of the item(s) in question for specific warranty information (if applicable).
All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD - currency options are provided as a courtesy only) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include any taxes, duties or tariffs on orders which are shipped outside Australia. In such cases, all taxes, duties and tariffs are payable by the customer. Local import duties may be payable on orders from international customers.
You can return any product that is faulty, however you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the stated product warranty. Returns must be in new condition, unless faulty. We reserve the right to reject returns where the product(s) are not in new/unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer's expense or may be picked up at our office.
If we receive a request to cancel an order before it is shipped, then the order will be immediately cancelled (and refunded). If the items have already been shipped when the request is received, the customer may return the items when they receive them (provided they are still in new condition).
